Hoedspruit

Safari Reinhardt is based in Hoedspruit, South Africa. The owners Reinhardt and Maria also operate the safari lodge Rafiki, making it an excellent base for safari. Hoedspruit is down in the middle of the Greater Kruger and only 40 minutes away from Kruger Park. Hoedspruit is often regarded as the safari capital of South Africa, is close to the Panorama Route and is easily reached by car or plane. Maria is happy to assist with any travel arrangements for your safari.

Greater Kruger

Safari Reinhardt offers safaris in the Greater Kruger. The Greater Kruger is a collection of privately owned reserves, which opened their borders with the Kruger National Park. Meaning the animals are able to roam freely across the parks and properties. The benefit of the Greater Kruger is that most private reserves don’t allow self-drive safaris and are only open to professional guides, like Reinhardt. This allows for a overall better experience when it comes to a lower amount of vehicles at a wildlife sighting and the ability for guides to offroad their vehicles to be able to get a better angle of the wildlife.

Kruger Park

The Kruger Park, also known as Kruger National Park, is the world renowned government managed (SANParks) wildlife reserve. The park is home to many safari lodges and camps where guests can spend the night amongst wildlife. Safari Reinhardt offers safari tours in the Kruger Park and makes use of those safari camps and lodges. The Kruger Park is big and is suitable for a multi day tour, where you can witness the different habitats and animals. The Kruger Park is considered to be one of the best safari destinations in the world and Safari Reinhardt is specialised in multi day safaris in the beautiful park.
