The day starts early in the morning with a departure from Johannesburg to Kruger. You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport by a private transfer, whereafter your safari adventure starts. It is a trip of about 5h30min. You also have the option to book a flight instead of the road transfer at an extra charge. Lunch is served on your check-in at Skukuza Rest Camp. After check-in, you will meet the guide and do an afternoon safari, exploring the park for the first time.
Today starts with an early 5 am wake-up call and fresh coffee to make a great start for an adventurous day. You will explore the park for about 4 hours, hoping to find amazing sightings. Return to the rest camp for brunch and some relaxation during the midday savannah heat. Lunch is offered before your departure for another afternoon drive.
Today, you will experience a new part of Kruger National Park and explore the diversity of the fauna. You will travel most of the day moving to a new rest camp and have the opportunity to drive through a large area of the park. Lunch will be on the go at one of the picnic spots. After check-in later in the day at the Satara Camp, you will go on a sunset game drive in search of wildlife.
This will be another early morning in search of the famous predators and big elephant herds. You will check out after breakfast and continue to explore the park on your way out of the Kruger National Park. Lunch will be served on your check-in to the next location, Rafiki Bush Lodge. Here, you will experience the perfect tranquillity and relaxation. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a bush spa treatment and a delectable dinner in a serene set-up under the stars.
Day 5 Relaxing Day
Today, you have the option to choose a nature bushwalk in a private game reserve with your guide, or experience a horseback safari trail that welcomes beginners. Lunch is served in the comfort of the lodge by the poolside. In the afternoon, you will explore a private game reserve where you can enjoy sightings and have an unforgettable sunset stop in the bush with the perfect sundowner set-up.
On your last day, there will be one last morning game drive to give you the best chance to complete the wishlist of your dream animal sightings. After the morning drive, you will enjoy breakfast at the lodge and check out at 11h00. The transfer included will take you back to Johannesburg by road transfer or choose the faster option of a flight at an extra cost.
